摘 要:目前燃气轮机常见的有三种维修间隔函数形式,分别为EOH(Equivalent Operating Hours)模式、实际模式、GE(美国通用电气公司)模式。给出了三大厂家对燃气轮机寿命的计算方法,并将EOH模式中国标给出的计算公式、GE法的公式简化为仅涉及运行小时及起动次数的公式,用A、B作为其加权系数修正。研究了各影响燃气轮机寿命的因素对A、B的影响,揭示了四个主要影响因素并得到了其在特定条件下与A、B的函数关系式。另外分析了各计算公式中起动次数与运行小时的折合关系,并对实际维修间隔函数进行了分段线性拟合。研究成果将对合理选择判别燃气轮机检修期进而节省检修维护费用提供有益的指导。At present,there are three common forms of maintenance interval function for gas turbine,which are EOH(equivalence operating hours)mode,practical mode and GE(General Electric Company of America)mode.The calculation methods of gas turbine life of the three major manufacturers are given,and the formula of EOH mode Chinese standard and GE method are simplified to the formula involving only operation hours and start-up times,A and B are used as their weighted coefficients to correct.The influences of various factors affecting the gas turbine life on A and B are studied,four main influencing factors are revealed and the functional relations between them and A and B are obtained under specific conditions.In addition,the fold relation between start-up times and running hours in each calculation formula is analyzed,and the piecewise linear fitting of actual maintenance interval function is made.The research result will provide useful guidance for selecting and discriminating the maintenance period of gas turbine reasonably and saving the maintenance cost.
