摘 要:150 MW燃气-蒸汽联合循环发电机组的主燃料为轻油和高炉煤气。经过一系列对余热锅炉和煤气压缩机的设备更新改造,机组工艺状态与原先设计的工艺状态不一致,控制系统内部参数与现有工况参数不匹配,导致机组启动失败。重点分析燃气轮机负荷出力与蒸汽轮机负荷出力之间平衡导致得机组工况晃动对煤气压缩机防喘振控制的影响,以及手动控制蒸汽轮机高压调门开度和煤气压缩机防喘振阀门开度来稳定煤气流量从而避免工况晃动触发煤气压缩机防喘振保护脱扣。The main fuels of 150 MW gas-steam combined cycle power plant are light oil and blast furnace gas.After a series of update and alternation on equipments of heat recover steam generator and gas compressor,the plant fails to start-up because the plant process state is not consistent with the original design process state,and the internal parameters of the control system do not match the existing process parameters.This paper mainly analyzes and elaborates the influence of the process fluctuation resulted by the balance of the gas turbine output load and the steam turbine output load on gas compressor anti-surge control system,and manually control high-pressure steam control valve and gas compressor anti-surge valve to stabilize the gas flow to avoid gas compressor anti-surge protection result in the process fluctuation.
