摘 要:为了研究激光选区熔化(SLM)成型15-5PH不锈钢的动态力学性能,对SLM成型15-5PH不锈钢试件开展动、静态压缩力学试验,获取力学性能参数,拟合其动态本构模型,并与锻造15-5PH不锈钢进行对比。结果表明:SLM和锻造15-5PH不锈钢准静态屈服强度分别为1418 MPa和1295 MPa,SLM成型15-5PH不锈钢提高了9.5%,并且加工硬化更显著;SLM成型工艺有助于15-5PH钢抵抗温度软化效应,提高动态屈服强度峰值;SLM技术应用于15-5PH不锈钢具备可行性。In order to study the dynamic mechanical properties of 15-5PH stainless steel formed by selective laser melting(SLM),the dynamic and static compression mechanical tests on 15-5PH stainless steel formed by SLM were carried out.The mechanical properties parameters were obtained and compared with that of forged 15-5PH stainless steel.Then,the dynamic constitutive model was filted.The results show that the quasi-static yield strength of SLM and forged 15-5PH stainless steel are 1418 MPa and 1295 MPa respectively.The quasi-static yield strength of SLM formed 15-5PH stainless steel increases by 9.5%,and work hardening is more significant.SLM process is helpful to resist the temperature softening effect and increase the peak value of dynamic yield strength of 15-5PH steel.It is feasible to apply SLM technology to 15-5PH stainless steel.
