左旋甲状腺素片治疗妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退患者应用左旋甲状腺素片的治疗效果。方法纳入本院2018年11月至2019年11月接收的妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退患者40例,将其进行随机分组,对照组与研究组各20例。对照组给予常规治疗联合甲状腺片治疗,研究组在常规治疗的基础上,给予左旋甲状腺素片治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后甲状腺功能水平,同时对比其各项不良妊娠结局发生率。结果治疗前,两组患者甲状腺功能差异性较小,P>0.05,治疗后,研究组患者的血清FT3、血清FT4、TSH水平明显优于对照组,差异性较大,P<0.05;研究组剖宫产、早产、胎盘早剥、新生儿畸形等不良结局发生率显著低于对照组,差异显著,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退患者应用左旋甲状腺素片治疗效果显著,在改善患者甲状腺功能的同时,可有效促进母婴良性结局。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of levothyroxine tablets in pregnant women with hypothyroidism.Methods:A total of 40 pregnant patients with hypothyroidism at our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were enrolled and randomly divided into control group and study group(20 cases in each group).The control group was given conventional treatment combined with thyroid tablets,and the research group was given levothyroxine tablets on the basis of conventional treatment.Thyroid function levels of patients in the two groups before and after treatment were compared and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was little difference in thyroid function between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum FT3,serum FT4 and TSH in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse outcomes such as cesarean section,premature delivery,placental abruption and neonatal malformation in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment effect of levothyroxine tablets in pregnant women with hypothyroidism is significant,which can not only improve the thyroid function of patients,but also effectively promote the benign outcome of mother and baby.
