摘　　要：公共图书馆服务体系是公共文化服务体系的重要构成,是提高公共图书馆服务能力的现实要求和必要选择,是拓展公共图书馆服务空间、延伸服务能力的有效路径。分析城市公共图书馆服务体系现状、亮点、问题是保障其健康发展的有效手段。本文总结梳理佛山市联合图书馆体系"十三五"期间在保障措施、网络建设、服务效能、创新亮点等方面的发展状况,分析联合图书馆体系存在的问题,并对其"十四五"期间的业务发展和创新服务提出铺排和设想,以期推动联合图书馆体系的高质量发展。The public library service system is a crucial component of the public cultural service system.It is a realistic requirement and necessary choice to improve the service capacity of public library,and an effective route to expand the service space and service ability.It is an effective way to ensure its healthy development to analyze the current situation,results and problems of urban public library service system.By reviewing Foshan United Library system in supporting measures,network construction,service efficiency and innovation results during the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,and discussing problems existing in the system,suggestions on librarianship development and creative services during the 14 th Five-Year Plan period are put forward to promote the high-quality development of united library system.
