云时代高校图书馆网络舆情引导与干预机制研究

摘　　要：进入网络云时代,社会舆情呈现传播快、数量多、规模大的态势,大学生作为信息敏感人群,必然使高校成为网络舆情失控的重灾区。本文以黑龙江省重点建设的10所省属大学的图书馆作为调研对象,通过认知高校网络舆情传播的载体、高校网络舆情传播中主体的行为表现、高校图书馆网络舆情防控的困境,对高校图书馆进行网络舆情应对提出策略性建议。尽快搭建起相应的管理框架,通过多元化的读者服务形成全方位舆情危机应对覆盖面,把网络舆情有效应对渗透到图书馆日常工作的方方面面,为我国现阶段高校网络舆情危机治理主体提供帮助,助力高校网络舆论生态环境良性发展。同时,网络舆情这一时代性产物为高校图书馆工作拓展提供了新的契机,图书馆要抓住机遇。In the cloud era,public sentiment shows the trend of rapid spread,large number and wide scale.As a sensitive group of information,college students make it possible for colleges and universities to lose control of online public sentiment.The libraries of 10 priority development provincial colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province are studied to put forward strategic suggestions for university libraries to deal with online public sentiment by analyzing the carriers,subject behaviors of online sentiment communications,and dilemma of the prevention and control in the libraries.This paper aims to set up the corresponding management framework as soon as possible,and form a full range of public sentiment guidance coverage through diversified reader services to infiltrate into all aspects of library daily work so as to provide help for online public sentiment crisis governance body,and promote healthy development of online sentiment ecological environment in colleges and universities.At the same time,online public sentiment,a product of the times,provides a new opportunity for the development of university libraries,and libraries must seize the opportunity.
