北欧参与式公共图书馆的用户管理模式探究

摘　　要：近十多年来,现代公共图书馆和读者之间的深度互动方式不断发展。读者从受众到直接参与图书馆运营的合作者,读者与馆员的界限不再泾渭分明。文章以北欧公共图书馆的经验去分析参与式图书馆管理模式的现实价值与具体形态,在用户管理模式层面,对未来图书馆发展的生命力生发与可持续发展提出参考,并归纳出对我国公共图书馆的有益启发。In the past decade,the deep interaction between modern public libraries and readers has been developing.From the audience to the cooperators who directly participate in library operation,the boundary between readers and librarians is vague.Based on the experience of public libraries in Northern Europe,practical value and specific forms of participatory library management mode are discussed in detail.At the level of user management mode,it puts forward some references for the vitality and sustainable development of library in the future,and sums up beneficial inspirations for public libraries in China.
