摘　　要：全胸腹主动脉替换术是心脏外科最复杂的手术之一,患者在术后可能出现脊髓损伤、意识障碍、低氧血症、心律失常、急性肾损伤、腹腔脏器缺血等并发症,本文结合国内、外文献及我院诊疗经验,探讨该类患者术后呼吸、循环、消化、泌尿及凝血系统等方面并发症的诊治与预防,以期改善患者预后。Total thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysmrepair is one of the most complex operations in cardiac surgery.Patients may have spinal cord injury,disturbance of consciousness,hypoxemia,arrhythmia,acute renal injury,abdominal organ ischemia and so on after operation.Postoperative complications may occur in patients with neurological,respiratory,circulatory,digestive,urinary and coagulation systems.This paper summarizes the experience of prevention and treatment of postoperative complications based on the medical literature at home and abroad and the experience of diagnosis and therapeutic schedule in our hospital,in order to improve the prognosis.
