摘 要:以Na_(2)WO_(4)+Na_(2)SiO_(3)+NaPO_(3)为电解液体系,采用恒流模式在2A12铝合金表面制备微弧氧化膜层。通过X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜和极化曲线等技术手段研究了工艺参数对2A12铝合金微弧氧化膜层物相组成、显微组织和耐腐蚀性能的影响规律。结果表明:随着电流密度和氧化时间的增大,微弧氧化膜层的腐蚀电流密度均呈现先减小后增大的趋势,这与氧化膜的厚度、α-Al_(2)O_(3)相含量以及显微组织致密性均有关系。当电流密度为10 A/dm^(2),氧化时间为20 min时,微弧氧化膜的腐蚀电流密度可以降低至1.2×10^(-7)A/cm^(2)左右,具有较好的耐腐蚀性能。Using Na_(2)WO_(4)+Na_(2)SiO_(3)+NaPO_(3) as electrolyte systems,the micro-arc oxidation films were prepared on the surface of 2A12 aluminum alloy by constant current mode.The effects of process parameters on the phase composition,microstructure and corrosion resistance of 2A12 aluminum alloy microarc oxidation film were studied by means of X-ray diffractometer,scanning electron microscope and polarization curve.The results show that,with the increase of current density and oxidation time,the corrosion current density of micro-arc oxide film decreases at first and then increases.This is related to the thickness of oxide film,the content ofα-Al_(2)O_(3)phase and the compactness of microstructure.When the current density is 10 A/dm^(2)and the oxidation time is 20 min,the corrosion current density of the micro-arc oxide film can be reduced to about1.2×10^(-7)A/cm^(2),which has good corrosion resistance.
