摘 要:针对手机电池仓结构在可靠性测试中变形监测问题,提出了一种基于逆有限元法的变形重构算法和布点优化方案。通过对电池仓结构静力学仿真,提出了单面单向布点测量应变的改进方法,降低了布点数量和布点测量难度,建立了基于逆有限元法的电池仓变形重构算法,获得了电池仓变形云图。结果表明,文中提出的重构算法和布点优化方案得到的位移场与有限元仿真得到的位移场相比较,获得了比较高的重构精度,可以有效地对电池仓进行变形监测。Aiming at the problem of deformation monitoring when we test the reliability of mobile phone battery compartment,a deformation reconstruction algorithm based on inverse finite element method and layout scheme were proposed.Based on the static simulation of battery compartment,an improved method for measuring the strain by single side and one-way placement was proposed,which reduced the number of placement points and the difficulty of measurement.The deformation reconstruction algorithm of the compartment was established based on the inverse finite element method,and the deformation cloud map of the compartment was obtained.Through simulation analysis and experimental verification,compared with the displacement field obtained by finite element simulation,the displacement field obtained by the reconstruction algorithm and the layout scheme proposed in this paper is relatively high in reconstruction accuracy,which can effectively monitor the deformation of the battery compartment.
