摘 要:在工匠精神指导背景下,针对北华航天工业学院电子CAD与电装实习课程,在介绍课程内容的基础上,对课程出现的不重视系统基础知识教学、实践考核质量标准不足和学生被动学习的三个主要问题进行了分析,并从课题教学改进、加强质量考核、加强反馈和互动机制三个方面出发提出改进措施,以提高实践教学质量和传承工匠精神。采用工程实践案例和理论课程知识相结合教学模式,依据线上理论学习和线下实践考核作为评价指标,并通过改进前2019级学生与改进后2020级学生成绩对比样本进行分析。结果表明,采用改进后的措施,学生平均分有所提升,在工匠精神背景下改进措施有利于指导应用型技术人才培养。Based on the introduction of the course Electronic CAD and Electronic Assembly Practice in North China Institute of Aerospace Engineering,this paper analyzes three main problems such as insufficient attention given to the teaching of system basic knowledge,the lack of practical assessment quality standards and students’passive learning.It gives suggestions from three aspects of subject teaching improvement,reinforcing quality assessment,strengthening feedback and interaction to improve the quality of practical teaching and inherit the spirit of craftsman.Through the combination of engineering practice cases and theoretical knowledge,online theoretical learning and offline practice assessment,and the comparison between two groups of students from 2019 and 2020,results show that the average score of students is improved after adopting the measures.Under the background of craftsman spirit,the improved measures are helpful to guide the cultivation of applied technical talents.
