摘  要:"胃不和则卧不安"认为睡眠与脾胃相关,众多医家在临床实践中,通过恢复脾胃功能改善患者失眠症状疗效显著。基于中、西医学研究对象的一致性,将"胃不和""卧不安"与解剖学人体系统相对照,获得"胃不和"与消化系统消化、吸收、排出代谢产物的功能异常表现相一致,可将"胃不和"归属于消化系统功能失常;脑主元神与中枢神经系统产生精神活动的功能相一致,可将"卧不安"归属于中枢神经系统调节睡眠的功能失常。结合现代医学"脑肠轴"理论,可获得"胃不和则卧不安"的生物学基础:与中枢神经系统既相互独立又联系密切的肠神经系统;在肠道内分泌系统中具有沟通脑肠作用的内分泌激素;能够通过直接或间接方式对中枢神经系统功能产生影响的肠道微生物。‘Stomach disharmony results in lying restless’ believes that sleep is related to Spleen and Stomach. In clinical practice, many doctors have significantly improved insomnia symptoms by restoring the functions of Spleen and Stomach.Based on the consistency of research objects in Chinese and western medicine, ‘Stomach disharmony’ and ‘restlessness’ are compared with the anatomical human system, and the results show that ‘Stomach disharmony’is consistent with the functional abnormalities of digestive system in digesting, absorbing and expelling metabolites, therefore‘Stomach disharmony’ can be attributed to the functional disorders of digestive system.The function of Brain governing original Shen in TCM theory is consistent with that of the central nervous system to produce mental activities, which can be attributed to the dysfunction of the central nervous system to regulate sleep.Combined with the theory of ‘brain-gut axis’ in modern medicine, the biological basis of ‘Stomach disharmony resulting in lying restlessness’ can be obtained, they are intestinal nervous system, which is independent of each other and closely related to the central nervous system, endocrine hormones in the intestinal endocrine system that communicate brain-gut functions, as well as intestinal microorganism capable of directly or indirectly affecting the function of the central nervous system.
