摘  要:目的:探究FGVL对D-半乳糖致过氧化损伤大鼠的保护作用。方法:采用腹腔注射D-半乳糖建立过氧化损伤模型后,分别灌胃给予FGVL低、中、高剂量和维生素E,记录大鼠体质量变化。末次给药后取血,并取出心、肾、脾、肝和脑称重,同时进行血浆、肝脏和脑组织中T-SOD、MDA和GSH-Px的测定。结果:给予FVGL不同剂量后,D-半乳糖致过氧化损伤大鼠的一般状态均明显改善,行动敏捷,毛色有光泽,体质量呈逐渐上升趋势,且与空白组相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。血浆和肝脏、脑组织中的T-SOD和GSH-Px水平均不同程度增加,而MDA的水平降低。结论:FGVL可通过降低活性氧自由基的含量,改善D-半乳糖致过氧化损伤大鼠的老化状态,提高其抗氧化能力,并维持各脏器指标正常,表明FVGL对衰老所致的氧化损伤具有良好的保护作用。Objective:To explore the protective effect of total flavonoids from Galium Verum L.(FVGL)on rats with oxidative damage induced by D-galactose.Methods:D-galactose was injected intraperitoneally to establish the oxidative damage model.The rats were treated with low-dose,medium-dose and high-dose of FGVL and vitamin E.The weight change of the rats was recorded.After the last administration,heart,kidney,spleen,liver and brain were weighted,and the levels of T-SOD,MDA and GSH-Px in plasma,liver and brain were detected.Results:After different doses of FGVL,the general state of rats with oxidative damage induced by D-galactose was improved significantly,the action was agile,the hair color was glossy,the body weight showed a gradual upward trend,which had no significant difference with those in the blank group(P>0.05).The levels of T-SOD and GSH-Px in plasma,liver and brain increased in varying degrees,whereas the level of MDA decreased.Conclusion:FGVL can reduce the content of reactive oxygen species(ROS)free radicals,improve aging state of oxidative damage induced by D-galactose,enhance antioxidant capacity and maintain the normal indexes of various organs,which indicates that FGVL has a good protective effect on oxidative damage induced by aging.
