“形神俱调”针刺法改善脑梗死偏瘫患者肢体运动功能的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:运用"形神俱调"针刺法治疗脑梗死,研究该方法对患者早期肢体运动功能障碍的影响。方法:纳入符合标准的脑梗死患者70例(病程≤30 d),随机分为对照组和治疗组(各35例)。两组基础治疗方案均为西药及康复治疗,治疗组除满足基础治疗并加用"形神俱调"针刺法,两组均治疗4周。观察临床疗效及治疗前后患者FMA、MAS、NIHSS和MBI的评分变化。结果:两组患者各项评分较治疗前均发生变化(P<0.05),FMA评分和MBI评分升高,MAS等级改善,NIHSS评分降低。治疗组各项评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:"形神俱调"针刺法能够有效改善肢体运动功能并缓解患肢痉挛。Objective:To study the effect of‘regulating physical body and mental Shen’acupuncture on early-stage limb motor dysfunction in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:70 patients with cerebral infarction,who met the inclusion criteria(course of disease less than 30 days)were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 35 cases in each group.The basic treatment of western medication and rehabilitation were applied in the two groups;on which basis,the treatment group was also treated with‘regulating physical body and mental Shen’acupuncture.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy and the scores of FMA,MAS,NIHSS and MBI were observed before and after the treatment.Results:There were statistical differences in all scores between before and after the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05).The scores of FMA and MBI were increased,MAS scores were improved and NIHSS scores were decreased in the two groups after the treatment;of which the improvements in the treatment group were more significant than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:‘Regulating physical body and mental Shen’acupuncture can effectively improve limb motor function and relieve limb spasm of hemiplegia patients with cerebral infarction.
