补脾益肾汤治疗维持性血液透析并发营养不良患者的临床效果及对患者身心健康的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨补脾益肾汤治疗维持性血液透析并发营养不良患者的临床效果及对患者身心健康的影响。方法选择2019年1月至12月邳州市中医院收治的60例维持性血液透析并发营养不良患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组患者采用临床常规治疗方案,治疗组在此基础上予以补脾益肾汤配合治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效,比较两组治疗前后的患者主观整体评估量表(PG-SGA)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分及临床症候积分的改善情况。结果治疗3个月后,治疗组的临床总有效率为83.33%(25/30),高于对照组的63.33%(19/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,治疗组的PG-SGA、SAS评分及临床症状积分均低于对照组及本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对维持性血液透析并发营养不良患者采用补脾益肾汤配合治疗的疗效更好,可有效改善患者的营养不良状况和各临床症状,其心理焦虑情绪也得以缓解,此方法临床价值较高,建议加以推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bupi Yishen Decoction in the treatment of patients with maintenance hemodialysis complicated with malnutrition and the influence on patients′physical and mental health.Methods A total of 60 patients with maintenance hemodialysis complicated with malnutrition in Pizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.According to random number table method,they were divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clinical routine treatment,on this basis,the treatment group was treated with Bupi Yishen decoction.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed,and the improvement of patient generated subjective global assessment(PG-SGA)score,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score and the clinical symptom score were compared before and after treatment of the two groups.Results After 3 months of treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%(25/30),which was higher than that of the control group 63.33%(19/30),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the PG-SGA score,the SAS score and the clinical symptom score of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group and before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with maintenance hemodialysis complicated with malnutrition,the combination of Bupi Yishen Decoction has a better curative effect,which can effectively improve the malnutrition status and clinical symptoms of patients,and relieve their psychological anxiety.This method has a high clinical value,so it is suggested to promote it.
