摘　　要：目的观察个体化综合护理配合低频电刺激、开塞露塞肛干预在产后尿潴留患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年3月至2021年3月江西省瑞金市妇幼保健院收治的80例自然分娩后发生尿潴留产妇展开研究,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组各40例。对照组采用基础护理、热敷腹部、按摩腹部、留置导尿干预,观察组采用个体化综合护理配合低频电刺激、开塞露塞肛干预,比较两组的首次排尿时间、产后24 h出血量、护理满意度。结果观察组的首次排尿时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产后24 h的出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对产后尿潴留患者,个体化综合护理配合低频电刺激、开塞露塞肛治疗效果显著,促进患者尽早排尿,降低患者产后24 h出血量,增强患者满意度,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the effect of individualized comprehensive nursing care combined with low frequency electrical stimulation and open plugs anal treatment for postpartum urinary retention.Methods From March 2020 to March 2021,80 parturients with urinary retention after natural childbirth in Ruijin Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Jiangxi Province were selected and divided into two groups by random number table,40 cases in each group.The control group was intervened by basic nursing,hot compress on abdomen,massage on abdomen and indwelling catheter,while the observation group was intervened by individualized comprehensive nursing combined with low-frequency electrical stimulation,tamponade and anal tamponade.The first micturition time,24 hour postpartum hemorrhage volume,nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared.Results The first micturition time in observation group was shorter than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).24 hours postpartum hemorrhage in observation group was less than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing total satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with postpartum urinary retention,individualized comprehensive nursing care combined with low frequency electrical stimulation and open plugs anal treatment has significant effect,promoting patients to urinate at the same time,reduce the 24 hours postpartum hemorrhage,and enhance patient satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
