摘  要:国际上,不管是基础核物理研究,还是聚变能源研究,均需要精度越来越高的脉冲辐射探测系统。大动态范围闪烁类脉冲辐射探测系统是在强干扰环境中获取小信号的时间、幅度等细致信息,从而分析研究上述脉冲辐射场特征的关键手段。为满足闪烁体类脉冲辐射探测系统的设计与优化的需求,提出了一种新的大动态范围时间响应特性快速分析方法。快速分析单元主要由门控光电倍增管、门控高压电源和示波器组成。先利用脉冲皮秒激光源检测该方法的本征性能。结果表明:该方法的幅度量程可达5个量级。基于脉冲X光机采用该方法开展了低余辉液体闪烁体的时间响应特性研究,获得了液体闪烁体余辉后沿的变化曲线,时间响应动态范围达到4个量级以上。[Background] International basic nuclear physics research and fusion energy research need pulse radiation detection system with higher and higher accuracy. A pulse scintillator radiation detection system with large dynamic range is a key method to obtain detailed information such as the time and amplitude of small signals in a strong interference environment, so as to analyze and study the characteristics of these pulse radiation fields.[Purpose] In order to meet the needs of covering design and optimization of the scintillator pulsed radiation detection system, a new express analysis method is proposed, which covers a large-scale dynamic range of time response characteristics. [Methods] This new express analytical unit mainly contains a gated photomultiplier tube(PMT), a gated high voltage(HV) and an oscilloscope. Firstly, a picosecond pulsed laser has been used to test the intrinsic property of this method. Finally, the time response characteristic of low-afterglow liquid scintillator has been studied by this method on a pulse X-ray machine. According to the experimental data, a decay curve of the liquid scintillator has been processing with double exponential fitting. [Results] The decay curve of this liquid scintillator has been measured with a range of four scales. [Conclusions] This method has a vertical scope covering five scales.
