摘 要:目的:观察MR+3D快速打印夹板辅助黄氏正骨手法整复前臂双骨折的临床效果。方法:将2018年12月至2020年1月广州市正骨医院收治的15例前臂双骨折患者随机分为两组,研究组(6例)采用MR混合现实建模,黄氏正骨手法整复前臂双骨折,3D快速打印个性化夹板固定治疗;常规组(9例)采用常规手法治疗。结果:研究组和常规组Anderson评分优秀率分别为83.3%和77.7%。研究组和常规组VAS评分分别为(1.35±0.65)分和(2.16±1.04)分,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MR+3D快速打印夹板辅助黄氏正骨手法可明显减轻前臂双骨折患者疼痛,提高临床疗效。Objective:To investigate the clinical outcome of Huang's orthopedic manipulation assisted by mixed reality(MR)modeling and rapid 3D-printed splint fixation in both-bone forearm fractures.Methods:Fifteen patients with both-bone forearm fractures admitted to Guangzhou Orthopedics Hospital between December 2019 and January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.The study group(n=6)underwent MR model,bone-setting by Huang's orthopedic manipulation for the both-bone forearm fractures,and external fixation with rapid 3D printed customized splint.The conventional group(n=9)were treated with conventional manipulation.Results:The rate of excellent outcome according to Anderson et al in the study group and the conventional group were 83.3% and 77.7%,respectively.The VAS scores in the study group and the conventional group were(1.35±0.65)and(2.16±1.04),respectively,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huang's orthopedic manipulation assisted by mixed reality modeling and rapid 3D-printed splint fixation may remarkably relieve pain and improve the clinical outcome in patients with both-bone forearm fractures.
