摘  要:[目的/意义]旨在为相关部门或新媒体平台运营商对如何促进突发公共卫生事件相关信息的高效传播提供建议与指导。[方法/过程]以COVID-19为例,探究新媒体环境下用户突发公共卫生事件信息获取行为的影响因素,基于社会认知理论和综合信息搜寻模型,构建用户突发公共卫生事件信息获取行为影响因素的初始模型;利用问卷调查法收集相关数据,结合信度分析、效度分析、单因素方差分析、相关性分析、多元回归分析多种方法对初始模型进行验证并建立回归方程。[结果/结论]社会影响、感知新媒体平台疫情信息有用性、感知新媒体平台疫情信息可靠性、新媒体技术便捷性分别对新媒体环境下用户突发公共卫生事件信息获取行为产生了显著正向影响;在用户对突发公共卫生事件信息的关注程度和查询主动性方面,男性显著高于女性,中老年用户普遍高于其他年龄段的用户。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide suggestions and guidance for relevant departments or new media platform operators on how to promote the efficient dissemination of information related to public health emergencies.[Method/process]The paper takes COVID-19 as an example to explore the influencing factors of users’public health emergencies information acquisition behavior in the new media environment,constructs an initial model of influencing factors of users’information acquisition behavior in public health emergencies based on social cognitive theory and comprehensive information search model,and uses questionnaire survey to collect relevant data,combined with reliability analysis,validity analysis,one-way ANOVA,correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis to verify the initial model and establish the regression equation.[Result/conclusion]Social impact,perceived usefulness of new media platform epidemic information,perceived reliability of new media platform epidemic information and convenience of new media technology have a significant positive impact on users’information acquisition behavior of public health emergencies in the new media environment.In terms of users’attention to public health emergency information and query initiative,men are significantly higher than women,and middle-aged and elderly users are generally higher than users of other ages.
