摘　　要：文章基于“后疫情时代”视角,纳入住宅科技理念,通过对AI智能、云端数据等虚拟技术的研究,实现网络虚拟与住宅实体的空间联系,赋予健康住宅新的时代属性,推动其智能化设计转型,并不断更新迭代以发挥最大效能,实现健康住宅的可持续发展目标。Based on the perspective of"post-epidemic era",this paper incorporates the concept of housing technology,realizing the spatial linkage between the network virtuality and the residential entity through the research of virtual technologies such as AI intelligence and cloud data,endowing the healthy housing with new era attributes,promoting its intelligent design transformation,and giving full play to its maximum efficiency by constant iteration and achieving the sustainable development of health housing.
