摘　　要：老年人在其生命周期中将面临住居家庭结构的变化,产生与之对应的不同需求,要求居住建筑能够及时更新以满足需求变化。文章结合开放建筑理论以及SI住宅支撑体和填充体分离的工业化技术,探讨了工业化老年住区的户型建立方法,并利用工业化技术体系,对可变老年住区的建造和更新改造进行了研究。In the life cycle of the aged,they will face changes in the family structure,which will produce different demands corresponding to it,and require the residential buildings to be updated in time to meet the changes in demand.Based on the open building theory and the industrialized housing technology which separates the supporting body and the infilling body of SI housing,this paper discusses the building method of the industrialized elderly residential area,and uses the industrialized technology system to construct and renovate the elderly residential area with variability.
