摘　　要：随着高层建筑外墙饰面层的老化,外墙饰面层脱落事件时有发生,给城市公共安全带来较大隐患。文章结合实例,从管理、检测、修缮设计和施工等方面介绍某建筑外墙面砖饰面层维修工程的实施经验,为业主和物业服务企业在处理该类问题时提供借鉴。With the aging of exterior wall finish of high-rise buildings,the peeling-off of exterior wall finish happens frequently,which causes great potential risks to the urban public safety.This paper introduces the implementation experience of the maintenance project for exterior wall tiles finish coat of a building from the aspects of management,detection,repair design and construction,and provides reference for owners and property service enterprises in dealing with this kind of problem.
