摘 要:随着人们健康生活意识的提高及公共卫生健康事件的发生,人们对消毒柜的需求已不仅仅在于餐具消毒,而是满足用户对食材消毒的需求、更好阻断多种病菌通过食材传播、更好守护家人健康的需求。本文基于自然菌、大肠埃希氏菌几种常见菌类,研究食材食具消毒柜的灭菌性能测试方法。通过验证摸索测试验证确定能够达到以上病菌消毒合格效果要求的消毒因子条件,最终得出该方法具有良好的可行性和重复性。With the improvement of people’s awareness of healthy life and the occurrence of public health incidents, people have demands for disinfection cabinets and use them to disinfect tableware, food materials, and better block the spread of various bacteria through food materials, thereby protecting the health of the family. Based on several common bacteria, such as natural bacteria and Escherichia coli, this paper studies the sterilization performance test method of food disinfection cabinets.The disinfection factor conditions that can meet the requirements of qualified disinfection effect of the above pathogens are determined through verification and test. Finally, it is concluded that the method has good feasibility and repeatability.
