摘　　要：刘光珍教授遵循《素问·阴阳应象大论》"治病必求于本"的原则,认为脾肾亏虚,湿热瘀阻为膜性肾病的基本病机,针对膜性肾病的治疗提出"邪盛为本,祛邪为要"、"兼固正气,固护肺脾肾"的观点,在临床上注重中西医配合,取长补短,通过中西医药物的联合应用,在延缓膜性肾病患者病程进展、缓解症状、保护残余肾单位等方面取得了很好的疗效。Traditional Chinese Medicine Master LIU Guangzhen,following the principle of"treating diseases must be based on the roo",holds that deficiency of spleen and kidney,dampness and heat stasis are the basic pathogenesis of membranous nephropathy.According to the treatment of membranous nephropathy,Master WANG puts forward the views of"evil is the root,eliminating evil is the key","Strengthen health Qi,protect lung,spleen and kidney".In clinical practice,Master WANG pays attention to the cooperation between Chinese and western medicine,learn from each other’s strengths and weaknesses.Through the joint application of Chinese and western medicines,Master WANG has achieved good results in delaying the progression,relieving symptoms,and protecting residual renal units of patients with membranous nephropathy.
