摘 要:复合轧制是用于成形大型厚壁深槽类环件的关键技术。基于环件复合轧制工艺,提出了复合轧环机以环件外径为反馈参数的新型控制方法,并结合复合热轧制过程中环与辊之间的关系,建立了环件在复合轧制过程中外径随辊移动而实时变化的数学模型。在此数学模型的基础上,推导了环件外径关于各辊位移量的表达式,并开发了新型自动控制程序,该程序已经成功应用于生产实践,实验证明用新方法生产出环件的精度从原来的0.88%提高到0.25%以内。Combined rolling is the key technology for forming large thick-walled deep groove rings.Based on the ring rolling technology,a new control method for the ring rolling machine with the outer diameter of the ring as the feedback parameter is proposed,and the relationship between the ring and the roll during the hot rolling process is established.A mathematical model of the outer diameter changing as the roller moves during the manufacturing process.Based on this mathematical model,the expressions of the outer diameters of the ring members with respect to the displacement of each roller are deduced,and a new type of automatic control program has been developed.This program has been successfully applied to production practice,and experiments have proven that the ring members are The accuracy was improved from the original 0.88%to within 0.25%.
