摘 要:目的:观察刺苋提取物在体外是否具有抑制草酸钙(CaO;)成核、生长的作用。方法:采用电子显微镜法(EM)观察草酸钙晶体的密度与晶形,傅里叶红外光谱法(FTIR)和扫描电镜(SEM)对草酸钙晶体的成分进行定性分析,X射线衍射法(XRD)进行定量分析。结果:通过EM观察,刺苋的全草提取物能使草酸钙晶体的数量增加,但是晶体变小,形状由尖锐变为椭圆;通过FTIR分析,刺苋根不同部位提取物具有一定诱导COD生成的作用;通过XRD分析,随着浓度的增加,刺苋根不同部位提取物诱导COD生成的百分量增加,但作用均不显著。结论:刺苋提取物在体外有一定程度的抑石作用。Objective: To investigate the effect of the extract of Amaranthus spinosus L. on the growth inhibition of calcium oxalate(CaO;) in vitro. Methods: Electron microscope(EM) was used to observed the density and crystal shape of calcium oxalate. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) were used to qualitatively analyze the composition of calcium oxalate crystal. X-ray diffraction(XRD) was used to quantitative analysis. Results: EM observation showed that the whole grass extract of Amaranthus spinosus L. could increase the number of calcium oxalate crystals, but the crystals became smaller and the shape changed from sharp to elliptical. FTIR analysis showed that the extracts from different parts of root of Amaranthus spinosus L. could induce the formation of COD. XRD analysis showed that with the increase of concentration, the percentage of COD induced by extracts from different parts of root of Amaranthus spinosus L.increased, but the effect was not significant. Conclusion: The extracts of Amaranthus spinosus L. has a certain degree of stone-inhibiting activity in vitro.
