摘　　要：综述大承气汤治疗肠梗阻的研究概况。临床采用大承气汤治疗肠梗阻,多以该方为基础方进行加减,兼补气、行气、活血、滋阴、清热等。大承气汤口服、胃管注入、保留灌肠、直肠滴入、肠梗阻导管等给药方式可单独应用或多种给药方式联用,亦可联合针灸、按摩、外敷等中医特色疗法,以加强临床疗效。This paper reviews the research situation of Dachengqi Decoction in the treatment of intestinal obstruction. Dachengqi Decoction is used to treat intestinal obstruction in clinic. It is often added or subtracted based on this prescription, which is also used to replenish Qi, circulate Qi, activate blood, nourish yin, clear heat and so on. Dachengqi Decoction oral administration, gastric tube injection, retention enema, rectal drip,intestinal obstruction catheter and other administration methods can be used alone or in combination with multiple administration methods, or combined with acupuncture, massage, external application and other traditional Chinese medicine characteristic therapies to strengthen the clinical curative effect.
