摘　　要：探讨杨士瀛《仁斋直指方》治疗惊悸的经验特色,杨氏认为惊悸发病在心,治疗首重气血,着重痰饮,用药效参经方,固本求源,遣方用药特色显著,尤重药性,喜用安神药,形成了独特的治疗特色,既有继承亦有创新。This paper discusses the clinical experience and characteristics of treatment on palpitations in YANG Shi-ying’s Renzhai Zhizhifang. YANG believes that the onset of palpitations is in the heart, and the first treatment focuses on Qi and blood, and the phlegm and drink. His prescription is based on the classical prescription to fix the root and seek the source. The prescription has obvious characteristics of medication,especially heavy medicinal properties, and he prefers to use calming drugs, forming unique therapeutic characteristics,which has inheritance and innovation.
