摘　　要：目的:对自动滴定法与手动滴定法测定药品含量的精准度进行分析。方法:选择四种药品,分别实施自动滴定法与手动滴定法,对比测量精准度。结果:经对比,两种方式药品含量测定无差异,但精密度存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:临床实施药品含量测定时,应采取自动滴定法。Objective:To analyze the accuracy of automatic titration and manual titration in the determination of drug content.Methods:Select 10 kinds of drugs,implement automatic titration method and manual titration method respectively,compare the measurement accuracy.Results:After comparison,there was no difference in drug content determination between the two methods,but there was significant difference in precision(P<0.05).Conclusion:Automatic titration method should be adopted in the clinical practice of drug content determination.
