摘 要:缝网导流能力是影响页岩气高效开发的要素之一,评价不同缝网结构和测试流体下导流能力的大小可为压裂施工提供参考。采用DLC-II大尺度裂缝导流仪,在页岩岩板端面上设计30°型、45°型、60°型和90°型4种不同的缝网结构,采用等效理论测试并计算导流能力。实验结果表明:闭合压力增加,导流能力下降;次生缝与主缝夹角越小,导流能力越大;在小于30 MPa闭合压力下,其导流能力随闭合压力最大下降速度最快。测试的流体黏度不同其缝网导流能力测试结果也不同,增产倍数随缝网间角度的变大而变小,且闭合压力越大其导流能力相差越大。该实验的缝网导流能力数据可作为参考,用于指导压裂过程中形成具有较高导流能力的缝网。Fracture network conductivity is one of the key factors affecting shale gas efficient development.How to evaluate the conductivity under different fracture network structures and fluid can provide reference for fracturing operation.DLC-II large-scale fracture conductivity equipment was used to design and test four different fracture network structures of 30° network, 45° network, 60° network and 90°network.Equivalent theory was used to calculate the conductivity.The experimental results show that the closure pressure increases and the conductivity decreases.The smaller the angle between the secondary fracture and the main fracture, leading to the greater the conductivity. When the closure pressure is less than 30 MPa, its conductivity decreases fastest with the maximum closure pressure. Change of viscosity(test fluid) would lead to different results of fracture network conductivity test. The yield ratio decrease with the increase of the angle between the network. The larger the closing pressure is, the greater the difference of the fracture network conductivity is.According to the experimental results, the data of fracture network conductivity measured indoor can be used as a reference, and guide the formation of fracture network with high conductivity during fracturing.
