摘 要:针对钢铁物流园堆场间作业平衡难题,基于负载均衡思想,构建铁水联运堆场储位布局优化模型。采用ABC存储策略,根据单品出入库占比和出入库频率,将不同货种的单品区分存储,以消除龙门吊机效率不高的影响。为提高问题的求解效率,设计基于加权最小连接调度和ABC分类的精确启发式算法,结合堆场实际出入库数据,求解储位布局优化模型,计算各堆场能力指标和任务指标,得到不同类别单品的具体存放方案。通过仿真实验,比较各堆场分配结果指标,指标比值的差值明显较小,验证模型和算法对提升铁水联运钢铁物流园作业效率的可行性。The storage location optimization model of rail-water intermodal yardsis set up based on load balancing,aiming at the work balance between yards at steel logistics park.The influences of the inefficiency in gantry cranes are eliminated through the ABC storage strategy which achieves separate storage according to the proportion and frequency of in and out of storage.Accordingly,an exact heuristic algorithm based on weighted least connection scheduling and ABC classification was constructed to improve the solving efficiency.By solving the storage location optimization model with actual storage data,we calculated the capability and task index of each yard and obtained the specific storage plans of different products.At last,through simulation experiments,the comparison of indexes of different yards shows the difference between the index ratios is obviously smaller.It verifies the effectiveness of the above model and algorithm for elevating the operation efficiency of rail-water intermodal for steel logistics park.
