摘　　要：随着"一带一路"建设深入推进,以中欧班列为代表的铁路国际联运蓬勃发展,迅速增长的国际联运运量对铁路口岸传统通关作业方式带来了巨大压力。为切实提高口岸运输组织和通关效率,从铁路进出境与海关货运监管业务需要出发,分析铁路口岸站传统作业流程在单证流转、信息共享、客户服务等方面存在的问题,研究铁路95306"数字口岸"系统研发背景、建设原则、数据交互流程、铁路与海关双方功能需求,总结系统提升通关效率、提升客户体验、推进沿线国家信息交换等方面取得的应用成效,提出国际铁路间多式联运信息交互发展愿景。With the further advance in"the Belt and Road",the international railway intermodal transportation represented by China-Europe Railway Express is developing vigorously.The rapidly increasing volume of international intermodal transportation has brought great pressure to the traditional customs clearance of railway ports.For the improvement of transportation organization and customs clearance,starting from the needs of railway inbound and outbound and customs supervision,this paper analyzed problems in the document circulation,information sharing,and customer service.Moreover,this paper studied the 95306 Digital Port System in terms of research and development background,construction principles,data interaction,and functional requirements from both railway and customs.It also summarized the achievement of the system in improving the customs clearance efficiency,customer experience and information exchange among countries along the line.Finally,this paper put forward the vision of information interaction development of multimodal transportation between international railways.
