摘 要:货车车辆段的调车作业频繁且复杂,对调车作业构建合理的模型并进行优化是提高调车作业效率的关键。在分析货车车辆段检修流程及线区布局的基础上,考虑货车检修顺序,并以车辆线路占用时间及车辆转线时间的和最小为目标构建模型,运用改进的遗传算法对模型求解。最后以兰州西车辆段为背景,验证了模型和算法的有效性。验证分析表明,研究提出的算法适应度函数在某具体点之后达到相对稳定状态并获得优质解,能在较短时间内得到优化的调车作业计划,并提高其编制质量。The shunting operation of car depots is frequent and complex,and thus how to build a reasonable model and optimize the shunting operation is the key to elevating the efficiency of shunting operation.First,this paper analyzed the maintenance process and the layout of car depots to arrange the maintenance sequence.Then,a model was built with the objective of the minimum total time of line occupation and vehicle switching,and an improved genetic algorithm was used to solve the model.Finally,the effectiveness of the model and the algorithm was verified through Lanzhou West car depot.The verification analysis shows that the fitness function of the proposed algorithm in this paper can reach a relatively stable state after a specific point and obtain a high-quality solution.Therefore,it can acquire the optimized shunting operation plan in a short time and improve its preparation quality.
