摘  要:城市轨道交通装备制造业是国家战略新兴产业的重要组成部分,在推动产业结构转型升级、解决城市交通问题等方面发挥着重要作用。从投入能力、产出能力、市场能力和发展环境4个维度构建城市轨道交通装备制造业集群竞争力评价指标体系,运用G1法和改进CRITIC法确定指标组合权重,建立基于TOPSIS法的竞争力评价模型,对沈阳2012—2019年城市轨道交通装备制造业集群竞争力进行实证研究。结果表明,沈阳城市轨道交通装备制造业集群竞争力总体呈上升趋势,年均增幅6.35%,相对于产出能力与市场能力,投入能力与发展环境对集群竞争力提升的推动作用更加明显。As an important part of China’s strategic emerging industries,the urban rail transit(URT)equipment manufacturing industry plays an important role in promoting the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure and solving urban traffic problems.In this paper,a competitiveness evaluation index system was constructed for the URT equipment manufacturing industrial cluster from four dimensions,i.e.input capacity,output capacity,market capacity,and development environment.The G1 method and the improved CRITIC method were used to determine the combination weighting of the evaluation indexes.Then,the competitiveness evaluation model was built based on the TOPSIS method to evaluate the competitiveness of the Shenyang URT equipment manufacturing industrial cluster from 2012 to 2019.The results show that the competitiveness of the Shenyang URT equipment manufacturing industrial cluster has been on the rise overall with an average annual growth rate of 6.35%.Compared with output capacity and market capacity,input capacity and development environment play a more prominent role in promoting the industrial cluster competitiveness.
