摘  要:泸98A是四川省农业科学院水稻高粱研究所育成的水稻三系不育系,其保持系及其所配组合具有稳定的镉(Cd)低积累特性。泸98A已配组8个杂交稻组合通过品种审定,代表性品种泸优9803被湖南省农委认定为Cd低积累品种。泸98A不育性稳定,可恢性好,异交习性好,产量配合力高,所配组合具有高直链淀粉特性,适宜作米粉加工专用稻开发。介绍了泸98A的选育经过、特征特性以及泸98B及Cd低积累水稻的筛选与鉴定方法。Lu 98A is a CMS line in rice developed by the Rice and Sorghum Institute of Sichuan Academy of Agricultural Sciences.Its maintainer line and hybrid combinations have the characteristic of stable low cadmium(Cd)accumulation.There have been eight hybrid combinations derived from Lu 98A registered and released for commercial production in China,among which a representative variety,Luyou 9803,has been recognized as a low Cd accumulation variety by the Agricultural Committee of Hunan Province.Lu 98A has a stable male sterility,strong restorability,good outcrossing habits and high combining ability of yield.The hybrid combinations of Lu 98A have high amylose content,which is suitable for the development of a special rice of flour processing.This paper introduced the breeding procedure and characteristics of Lu 98A,and the screening and identifying methods of Lu 98B and low Cd accumulation rice.
