摘　　要：本文以陕西A集团“制造+服务”转型过程中的金融需求为样本,聚焦制造业服务转型发展的难点和痛点,研究了金融支持服务型制造业转型升级的可行路径,提出坚持存量盘活和增量优化并重,以支持制造业创新升级、整合优化和有序退出为抓手,通过加强金融产品和服务创新,持续改进与完善对服务型制造业的金融服务,从而有效推动服务型制造业结构调整、转型升级、提质增效的政策建议。Taking the financial demand in the transformation process of"manufacturing+service"of Shanxi A Group as a sample,this paper mainly explores difficulties and problems in the transformation and development of manufacturing services.The study was conducted about some feasible ways of financial support for the transformation and upgrading of service-oriented manufacturing industry.Results suggested that equal importance needs to be attached to stock revitalization and incremental optimization.Manufacturing innovation,upgrade,integration and optimization should be effectively supported.By strengthening the financial innovation in product and service with continuous improvement and perfection of financial services for service-oriented manufacturing industry,the structure adjustment,transformation and upgrade of the industry can be effectively promoted.Besides,good quality and greater efficiency can be achieved as well.
