摘 要:高效遗传转化体系的建立对于植物基因功能解析和分子育种利用均具有重要意义。目前虽已在水稻中建立了高效、稳定的转化体系,但仍受品种的限制。大部分籼稻的遗传转化难度较大,效率偏低。近年来,虽有一些提高籼稻遗传转化效率的方法被研发报道,但由于其中作用机制不明,技术优化困难重重,也未能被广泛推广应用。本文将对影响水稻遗传转化的因素、遗传基础和分子机制进行梳理和总结,期望能为未来籼稻高效遗传转化体系的建立提供一定的帮助。The establishment of efficient genetic transformation system in crop is quite important for the analysis of gene function and the utilization of molecular breeding.Although an efficient and stable transformation system has been established in rice,it is still limited by varieties.Genetic transformation of most indica rice is difficult and inefficient.In recent years,although some methods to improve the genetic transformation efficiency of indica rice have been developed and reported,it is still difficult to develop an optimized and wildly applicable system in most of indica varieties,as the underlying mechanism is unknown.In this paper,the regulatory factors,genetic basis and molecular mechanisms that affect genetic transformation in rice were reviewed and summarized.We hope it will be beneficial to the establishment of efficient genetic transformation system in indica rice in the future.
