摘  要:硫化氢(H_(2)S)在植物对盐碱胁迫的响应中发挥着重要信号作用。类胡萝卜素对植物适应盐碱环境至关重要。为探讨H_(2)S对盐碱胁迫下裸燕麦(Avena nuda)中类胡萝卜素组成的调节效应,采用盆栽砂培试验,研究了外施H_(2)S供体硫氢化钠(NaHS)和添加H_(2)S生成抑制剂羟胺(HA)对50 mmol·L^(-1)盐碱混合胁迫下裸燕麦生物量、叶片类胡萝卜素组分和脱落酸(ABA)含量的影响。结果表明:盐碱混合胁迫导致裸燕麦植株干重显著下降;叶片29种类胡萝卜素中部分组分含量发生显著变化,但类胡萝卜素总含量没有改变;叶片ABA含量显著提高。喷施50μmol·L^(-1)NaHS显著缓解了盐碱混合胁迫下裸燕麦植株干重的下降幅度,降低了盐碱混合胁迫下裸燕麦叶片八氢番茄红素、α-胡萝卜素、β-隐黄质、叶黄素二月桂酸酯、叶黄素二棕榈酸酯、玉米黄质、玉米黄质二月桂酸酯和玉米黄质-月桂酸酯-肉豆蔻酸酯含量,提高了叶黄素油酸酯和ABA含量,其余类胡萝卜素组分含量和类胡萝卜素总含量无显著变化。外施NaHS的同时添加HA对盐碱混合胁迫下裸燕麦植株干重的影响不显著,却使叶片叶黄素二棕榈酸酯、叶黄素棕榈酸酯、叶黄素肉豆蔻酸酯、紫黄质-肉豆蔻酸酯-发酸酯、紫黄质二月桂酸酯和ABA含量显著降低,β-胡萝卜素、紫黄质和花药黄质含量显著提高,其余类胡萝卜素组分含量和类胡萝卜素总含量变化不大。上述结果表明,H_(2)S参与盐碱混合胁迫下裸燕麦类胡萝卜素组分和ABA合成调控,能够增强裸燕麦对盐碱胁迫的适应能力。Hydrogen sulfide(H_(2)S)plays an important signaling role in response of plant to salt–alkali stress.Carotenoids are essential for plants to adapt to the saline,alkaline environment.In order to explore the regulatory effect of H_(2)S on carotenoid composition of naked oat(Avena nuda)under salt–alkali stress,a potted sand culture experiment was used to study the effect of application of H_(2)S donor,sodium hydrosulfide(NaHS),and addition of H_(2)S sythesisinhibitor,hydroxylamine(HA),on biomass,carotenoid composition and abscisic acid(ABA)content in leaves of naked oat under 50 mmol·L^(-1)salt–alkali mixed stress.The results show that salt–alkali mixed stress caused a significant decrease in the dry weight of naked oat plants.The contents of some components in 29 carotenoids in leaves changed significantly,but the total carotenoid content did not change.ABA content increased significantly.Spraying 50μmol·L^(-1)NaHS significantly alleviated the decrease in dry weight of naked oat plants under salt–alkali mixed stress,reduced the contents of phytoene,α-carotene,β-zeinoxanthin,lutein dilaurate,lutein dipalmitate,zeaxanthin,zeaxanthin dilaurate,and zeaxanthin–laurate–myristate in leaves of naked oat under salt–alkali mixed stress,and increased the contents of lutein oleate and ABA,but the contents of other carotenoid components and the total carotenoids did not change significantly.Adding HA while applying NaHS had no significant effect on the dry weight of naked oat plants under salt–alkali mixed stress,but significantly decreased the contents of lutein dipalmitate,lutein palmitate,lutein myristate,violaxanthin–myristate–famate,violaxanthin dilaurate and ABA in the leaves,and significantly increased the content ofβ-carotene,violaxanthin and antheraxanthin,while the contents of other carotenoid components and total carotenoids did not change much.The above results indicate that H_(2)S participates in the regulation of carotenoid components and ABA synthesis,and it can enhance the adaptabilit
