摘  要:“双一流”建设大学代表了中国最有可能冲击世界一流大学和一流学科的高校,其学术水平和质量与博士生培养紧密相关。采用资料采集与分析法、参与式观察法和非正式访谈法等研究方法,对11所“双一流”建设大学144场博士学位论文答辩进行调研,研究发现:答辩规则较好地反映出答辩有起始、过程和结束三个不同环节,但在各环节的细节执行中存在着很多不规范行为,严重影响到答辩学术生态和答辩制度存在的价值。建议细化答辩规定细则,制定答辩关键环节的可操作性规定;建立答辩专家诚信记录,落实答辩违规责任处罚措施;强化研究生导师立德树人意识,践行论文质量把关使命;实行研究生导师上岗培训制度,熟悉博士学位论文答辩规则的具体规定。The“Double First-Class”universities represent the universities that are most likely to catch up with the world′s first-class universities and disciplines.Their academic level and quality are closely related to the cultivation of doctoral students.Using the data-collecting and analysis,participatory observation and informal interview method,the research investigated 144 doctoral dissertations defenses of 11“Double First-Class”universities.The research found that the norms of defense reflected process of the defense better,but in the details of each link there were a lot of irregular behaviors,which deeply affects the academic ecology of the university.It is suggested to refine the rules and norms of the defense and formulate the operability norms of the key links of the defense:to establish the credibility record of defense committee,to implement the punishment measures of liability for violation of defense,to strengthen the consciousness of moral education of postgraduate supervisors and fulfill the mission of checking the quality of the dissertation,to implement the post training system for fresh-postgraduate-supervisor,and to be familiar with the relevant provisions of doctoral dissertation defense rules.
