摘 要:为研究红外及紫外成像技术检测零值绝缘子的有效性,试验采集了不同湿度和污秽度下,零值绝缘子处于绝缘子串不同位置时的红外热像图和紫外视频,分析了绝缘子串的发热、放电特性。利用有限元软件建立了热-电耦合场仿真模型,计算验证了不同条件下绝缘子串的温度及电场分布。研究表明:污秽干燥条件下,绝缘子串不易放电,紫外成像法无法有效检测零值绝缘子,红外热像图显示正常绝缘子的温升明显高于零值绝缘子温升,红外成像法可以有效检测零值绝缘子;污秽湿润条件下,由于高电导率的重污秽以及污秽受潮的不均匀性,红外成像及紫外成像法均可能发生误判。For studying the effectiveness of infrared and UV imaging technology to detect zero-value insulators,the infrared thermal images and UV videos of zero-value insulators at different positions on insulator strings under different humidity and contamination are collected.The heat and discharge characteristics of the insulator strings are analyzed.The thermal-electric coupling simulation model is set up by the use of finite element software.The temperature and electric field distributions of the insulator strings under different conditions are calculated and verified.The study shows that in case of contamination and dry condition,the insulator strings are not easy to discharge,the UV imaging method cannot effectively detect a zero-value insulator,the infrared thermal image shows that the temperature rise of normal insulator is significantly higher than that of zero-value insulator.The infrared imaging method can detect effectively the zero-value insulators.In the case of contamination and wet condition,misjudgment may occur in both infrared andUV imaging due to heavy contamination of high conductivity and unevenness of contamination of moisture.
