摘 要:SF_(6)是当前在气体绝缘设备中应用最广泛的绝缘气体,其全球增温潜势极大,C_(4)F_(7)/CO_(2)混合气体因为是一种极具发展前景的可代替SF_(6)的环境友好型气体倍受关注。目前针对C_(4)F_(7)/CO_(2)混合气体在实际应用场景中的操作冲击绝缘特性研究较少,文中实验中搭建了操作冲击绝缘试验平台,研究了不同气压下3种C_(4)F_(7)气体摩尔比例的C_(4)F_(7)/CO_(2)中252kV电压等级GIL的操作冲击绝缘特性,并设置0.5MPaSF_(6)作为对照组。分析放电数据发现:在同一C_(4)F_(7)/CO_(2)气体压力下,提升C_(4)F_(7)的摩尔百分占比可以增大GIL的操作冲击绝缘强度;当C_(4)F_(7)/CO_(2)两种成分占比一致时,增大混合气体的气压也可以提高操作冲击耐压水平。0.5 MPa下CLFN占比为5%的C_(4)F_(7)/CO,操作冲击U_(50%)可达到同气压下SF_(6)的72%,0.6 MPa下CFN占比5%的C_(4)F_(7)/CO_(2)与0.5 MPa下C_(4)F_(7)占比9%的C_(4)F_(7)/CO_(2)操作冲击U_(50%)接近,超过0.5 MPa下SF_(6)的80%,对此高气压低C_(4)F_(7)气体比例和低气压高C_(4)F_(7)气体比例是两种可选的替代SF_(6)的绝缘气体选用方案。SF_(6)is currently the most widely used insulation gas in gas-insulated equipment.However,its global warning potential(GWP)is extremely high.C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)gas mixtures,a kind of environmental friendly alternative gas to SF_(6)and with great development prospect,has attracted much attention.At present,the study on the switch-ing impulse insulation characteristics of C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)gas mixture in practical application scenarios is less.In this pa-per,the switching impulse insulation test platform in the experiment is set up,and the switching impulse insula-tion characteristics of 252 kV GIL in C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)gas mixture with mole ratio of three CFN gas at different gas pres-sure is studied.And SF_(6)at 0.5 MPa is set as the control group.It is found from analysis of discharge data that at the same pressure of C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)gas mixtures increase of the mole proportion of C_(4)F_(7)N can increase switching impulse insulation strength of GIL.In case of identical proportion of two components of C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2),increase pressure of the gas mixture can also increase switching impulse withstanding voltage level.The switching impulse Usos of C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)with proportion of 5%C_(4)F_(7)N at 0.5 MPa can reach 72%of that of SF_(6)at the same gas pressure.The switching im-pulse of C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)with proportion of 5%of C_(4)F_(7)N at 0.6 MPa is close to the switching impulse U_(50%) of that with pro-portion of 9%of CFN at 0.5 MPa,which exceeds 80%of that of SF_(6)at 0.5 MPa.Therefore,high gas pressure and low CFN gas ratio and low gas pressure and high CFN gas ratio are two alternative insulation gases for SF_(6).
