摘 要:油浸式配电变压器由于表面布有大量散热片,使得油箱辐射声场计算与结构优化分析变得困难,因此文中确定了一种考虑散热片的油箱结构模态分析以及声场计算方法。通过引入惯性矩参数对散热片结构进行等效简化建模,将简化模型得到的模态分析结果作为参考依据,从完整变压器模型模态计算结果中筛选出变压器的真正模态振型与固有频率;此外通过分析线性插值与模态扩展两种方法对声场计算结果的影响,确定了更为可靠的声场计算方法。结果表明,采用惯性矩等效的简化模型在前三阶主要模态结果与完整结构模型结果十分接近,具有很好的参考性,可直接用于结构优化分析;此外采用线性插值法计算的声场与实测结果更为接近,可用于变压器声场计算。研究结果可为配电变压器油箱结构优化设计提供支撑。The oil-immersed distribution transformer has a large number of heat sinks on the surface,which makes the sound field calculation and structure optimization analysis of the oil tank difficult. Therefore,a kind of method for structure modal analysis and sound field calculation considering heat sink is determined in this paper. The equivalent simplified modeling of the heat sink structure is performed by introducing the moment of inertia parameters. The modal analysis results,which are obtained by the simplified model,are used as reference basis and the true modal shape and natural frequency of the transformer are selected from the modal calculation results of the complete transformer model. Moreover,more reliable calculation method of sound field is determined by way of analyzing the influence of such two methods as linear interpolation and modal expansion on the sound field calculation results. The results show that the main modal result of the first three orders adopting inertia moment equivalence is very close to the result obtained by the complete structural model,has good reference and can be used directly for optimization analysis of structure. Moreover,the sound field calculated by linear interpolation method is closer to the actually measured result and can be used for sound field calculation of transformer. The research results can provide support for the optimal design of the oil tank structure of distribution transformer.
