摘　　要：基于我国目前中药药物经济学评价的相关现状,探析中药药物经济学评价实践过程中存在的问题以及面临的挑战,通过计量统计方法对文献的基础信息、研究设计进行深入分析,利用卫生经济学评价研究质量(QHES)评价方法对文献研究质量进行评价,从而更加准确地把握现阶段药物经济学在中药领域的应用现状和主要问题,为后续的调查研究和体系优化提供思路。Based on the current situation of pharmacoeconomic evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in China,this paper analyzes the problems and challenges in the practice of pharmacoeconomic evaluation of TCM,deeply analyzes the basic information and research design of literature through econometric methods,and evaluates the quality of literature research by using the evaluation method of the Quality of Health Economic Studies(QHES)so as to more accurately grasp the current development status and main problems of pharmacoeconomics in the field of TCM,and provide ideas for follow-up investigation and system optimization.
