摘  要:以黏胶纤维、中空涤纶和亲水聚烯烃双组分(ES)纤维为原料,采用梳理成网、在线撒粉和热风加固技术,制备吸液性能良好的一体式非织造吸液芯体。设计正交试验,当上下纤网层质量组合形式为200 g+100 g时,研究纤维质量配比、热风温度和热风时间对芯体吸液倍率、多次吸收速度及回渗量的影响。结果表明:当芯体纤维质量配比为50%亲水ES纤维+48%黏胶纤维+2%中空涤纶,热风温度为133℃及热风时间为120 s时,吸液倍率最高、回渗量最低;当芯体纤维质量配比为50%亲水ES纤维+48%黏胶纤维+2%中空涤纶,热风温度为137℃及热风时间为130 s时,多次吸收速度最快。Using viscose fibers,hollow polyester fibers and two components of hydrophilic polyolefin(ES)fibers as raw materials,the integrated non-woven absorbent core with good liquid absorption performance was prepared through carding,online scattering and hot air bonding process.The orthogonal test was designed to study the effects of fiber mass ratio,hot-air temperature and hot-air time on the absorbency ratio,multiple absorption quality and infiltration quality of the core when the combination form of the upper and lower mass of the fiber net was 200 g+100 g.The results showed that,when the core fiber mass ratio was 50%hydrophilic ES fibers+48%viscose fibers+2%hollow polyester fibers,the hot-air temperature was 133℃and the hot-air time was 120 s,the absorbency ratio was the highest and the infiltration quality was the lowest.When the core fiber mass ratio was 50%hydrophilic ES fibers+48%viscose fibers+2%hollow polyester fibers,the hot-air temperature was 137℃and the hot-air time was 130 s,the multiple absorption rate was the fastest.
