摘  要:以168 tex芳纶长丝织造的三维角联锁织物为增强材料,采用真空辅助悬垂技术(VADT)和真空辅助树脂传递模塑成型(VARTM)工艺相结合的方法,制作整片织物增强的头盔壳体,并测试头盔壳体的抗冲击性能。结果表明:头盔顶部的曲率较侧面和后部大,具有更好的冲击防护性能;单层头盔壳体顶部的能量吸收率可达69.81%,力衰减系数可达26.09%;在相同的冲击能量作用下,双层头盔壳体表现出较单层头盔壳体更好的抗冲击性能。Using three dimensional angle-interlock fabrics which were woven with 168 tex aramid filaments as the reinforcing material,the whole piece fabric reinforced helmet shells were fabricated by vacuum assisted drape technology(VADT)and vacuum assisted resin transfer molding(VARTM)process,and the impact resistance of the helmet shells was tested.The results showed that the curvature of the helmet top was greater than that of the side and the back,the helmet top had better impact protection performance.The energy absorption rate and force attenuation coefficient of single-layer helmet shell top could reach 69.81%and 26.09%respectively.The double-layer helmet shell had better impact resistance than the single-layer helmet shell under the same impact energy.
