摘 要:以苯酚和甲醛为原料合成热固性酚醛树脂,使用六针头静电纺丝设备在最佳纺丝参数条件下纺制均匀的酚醛纳米纤维电纺膜,经碳化、活化处理后获得酚醛基活性碳纳米纤维膜。测试结果表明在1000℃下碳化处理2 h,再在800℃下使用KOH为活化剂活化处理90 min,可得到比表面积为1673 m^(2)/g的酚醛基活性碳纳米纤维膜。该膜以微孔为主,平均孔径为2.02 nm,总孔容为0.832 cm^(3)/g,产率为37.9%。所制聚酰亚胺(PI)电纺膜/酚醛基活性碳纳米纤维膜/玻璃纤维针刺毡复合材料的过滤效率大多为99.5%~99.9%,过滤阻力为117~176 Pa,满足国标对高温气体过滤材料的要求,具有过滤高温气体的潜能,能在有效过滤PM2.5颗粒的同时吸附有害气体。Phenol and formaldehyde were used as raw materials to prepare thermosetting phenolic resin,and six-needle electrospinning equipment was used to spin phenolic nanofiber electrospinning film under optimum spinning parameters,and then after carbonization and activation treatment,the phenolic-based activated carbon nanofiber membrane was obtained.The test results showed that,after carbonization for 2 h at 1000℃and activation for 90 min at 800℃with KOH as activator,the phenolic-based activated carbon nanofiber membrane with specific surface area of 1673 m^(2)/g were obtained,which were dominated by microspores with average pore diameter of 2.02 nm and total pore volume of 0.832 cm^(3)/g,and the yield was 37.9%.Then the electrospun PI membrane,the phenolic-based activated carbon nanofiber membrane was combined with needled glass fiber felt to form composite material.The filtration efficiency of most of the composite materials was 99.5%99.9%,and the filtration resistance was 117176 Pa,which met the requirements of national standard for high-temperature gas filtration material.The material had the potential of high-temperature gas filtration and could effectively filter PM2.5 particles while absorbing harmful gases.
