摘 要:利用紫外光(UV)引发聚合的方法,将2(甲基丙烯酰基氧基)乙基二甲基(3磺酸丙基)氢氧化铵(SBMA)接枝到预处理的硅烷化盖玻片(Glass—MPS)表面,制得表面有PSBMA超亲水涂层的盖玻片(Glass—PSBMA)。探究SBMA与三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)质量比对Glass—PSBMA润湿性能的影响,并采用原子力显微镜和接触角分析仪对Glass—PSBMA的表面形貌和水接触角进行分析。当mSBMA∶mTMPTA=8∶2时,所得Glass—PSBMA表面的粗糙度值为6.09 nm,水接触角为6.3°,具有超亲水性。对该涂层进行防雾与抗冻、自清洁、耐久与耐水稳定性测试。结果表明Glass—PSBMA具有优异的自清洁、防雾与抗冻性能,即便在防雾与抗冻测试过程中仍可保持很高的透光率(≥86%),以及很好的耐久与耐水稳定性,在实验室环境中放置60 d或在水中浸泡24 h后,仍能保持较好的亲水性。The glass with PSBMA super-hydrophilic coating(Glass—PSBMA)was prepared through grafting[2-(methacryloyloxy)ethyl]dimethyl-(3-sulfopropyl)onto the pretreated silanized glass(Glass—MPS)by UV initiated polymerization.The influence of mass ratio of SBMA to TMPTA on the wettability of Glass—PSBMA was investigated.The surface morphology and wet contact angle of Glass—PSBMA were analyzed with atomic force microscope and contact angle analyzer.When mSBMA∶mTMPTA=8∶2,the Glass—PSBMA obtained super hydrophilic properties,whose surface roughness was 6.09 nm and the water contact angle was 6.3°.The coating was tested for anti-fogging and anti-freezing,self-cleaning,durability and water resistance.The results showed that the Glass—PSBMA had excellent self-cleaning,anti-fogging and anti-freezing properties,even in the process of anti-fogging and anti-freezing testing,the light transmittance maintained high(≥86%),and had good durability and water resistance.After being placed in laboratory environment for 60 days or soaked in water for 24 h,the Glass—PSBMA still retained good hydrophilicity.
