摘  要:在非稳态工况下,无刷直流电动机调速控制系统存在输出功率波动大、平稳性较差和控制精度较低的问题,为此提出基于线圈辅助励磁模型的无刷直流电动机调速控制系统设计。以功率损耗、电机转矩和电容电压为约束参量,采用模块化多电平换流器子模块跟踪调节方法构建动态约束规划模型,采用线圈辅助励磁模型进行无刷直流电动机的输出转速稳态控制,根据并联过程的电压变化进行无刷直流电动机调速控制。仿真结果表明,输出稳定性较好,调速控制精度较高,在无刷直流电动机调速控制方面具有较好的应用性。Under unstable conditions,the brushless DC motor speed control system has the problems of large output power fluctuations,poor stability and low control accuracy.For this reason,a brushless DC motor speed control system based on the coil-assisted excitation model was proposed.The overall idea of the design is as follows:constructing a constraint parameter model for brushless DC motor speed control;taking power loss,motor torque and capacitor voltage as constraint parameters,and adopting a modular multi-level converter sub-module tracking adjustment method to build a dynamic constraint programming model.The steady-state control of the output speed of the brushless DC motor is performed by use of the coil-assisted excitation model,and the speed control of the brushless DC motor is carried out according to the voltage changes in parallel connection.The simulation results show that this method has good output stability,high speed control accuracy,and good applicability in brushless DC motor speed control.
