摘 要:阀基电子设备是换流阀运行状态的监控设备,通过触发与监测板的光通道实时监控换流阀的每一个晶闸管级,实现换流阀的控制保护策略。光通道的可靠性直接影响换流阀乃至整个直流输电工程的安全稳定运行。首先介绍了触发与监测板的光通道以及现有光通道的设计,提出现有光通道设计的不足。然后对光通道进行硬件优化设计,说明光通道功率监测的工作原理及接收通道的功率监视。最后结合工程应用,给出了发射通道光功率检测的实施方案。通过光通道的监测以及检测数据的采集和分析,可以排查故障光通道,提高触发与监测板光通道的可靠性,提升阀基电子设备的运行能力。The valve based electronic equipment is the monitoring equipment of the operation status of the converter valve.The control and protection strategy of the converter valve is realized by real-time monitoring each thyristor valve level of the converter valve through the optical channel of the trigger and monitoring board.The reliability of optical channel directly affects the safe and stable operation of converter valve and even the whole DC transmission project.Firstly,the optical channel of trigger and monitoring board and the design of existing optical channel were introduced,and the shortcomings of existing optical channel design were pointed out.Then the hardware of the optical channel was optimized,and the working principle of the optical channel power monitoring and the power monitoring of the receiving channel were explained.Finally,combined with the engineering application,the implementation scheme of the optical power detection of the transmission channel was given.In this paper,the results show that through the monitoring of optical channel and the collection and analysis of detection data,the failure optical channel can be checked,the reliability of optical channel of trigger and monitoring board can be improved,and the operation ability of valve-based electronic equipment can be improved.
