摘　　要：大慈法王释迦也失是半个世纪以来我国藏学界特别关注和重点研究的西藏历史人物之一,作为宗喀巴主要弟子之一,代表宗喀巴于永乐朝和宣德朝两次奉旨进京,分别被封西天佛子大国师、大慈法王。文章主要关注的是释迦也失1414年第一次奉命进京朝见永乐皇帝地点问题,以及朱棣所作相关安排的历史背景,并由此进一步延展出明朝中央政府对刚刚兴起的格鲁派的支持态度。Byams-chen-chos-rje(Sha-kya-Ye-shes)is one of the historical figures in Tibet that has been focused and studied by scholars in China for half a century.As one of the main disciples of Tsongkhapa,he represented his master to go to Beijing twiceon imperial ordersduring the reign ofEmperor Yongleand Xuande,and was respectively conferred the titles of"the Great State Tutor of the West Heaven Buddha"and"the Great Compassion Prince of Dharma".This article focuses on the historical background of the arrangement made by Zhu Di,and further extends the Ming central governmental supporting attitude towards the Gelugpa Sect of the Tibetan Buddhism.
